Last month, the 4th edition of the award-winning Cybersecurity Career Guide was released. Published by Start Engineering, the magazine-style guide provides an overview of the cybersecurity field, insight into the different types of jobs, guidance on how to be safe online, and information on college and other training pathways.
Our co-founder and CEO Charles Britt is highlighted in this newest edition alongside other diverse cybersecurity professionals. He was also interviewed by the publisher to share his thoughts on launching a successful career in cybersecurity and is quoted on numerous occasions throughout the guide.
Since the beginning of our StartCyber program, each student who successfully completed the program received a copy of the 3rd edition guide to support them in their continued pursuit of a career in cybersecurity. Beginning next year, students will receive free access to a digital copy the 4th edition.
